Helio

Helio came out of ASES 0 to 1, a startup workshop and hackathon. I led its end-to-end development: a GreenTech solution that uses artificial intelligence to optimize energy sustainability and consumption patterns.

From idea to product

I applied the Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup principles to iterate on Helio's features, keeping them aligned with sustainability goals and real market needs.

Validating the market

I ran market research to establish problem-solution fit, identifying key pain points and building a targeted Go-to-Market strategy around them.

The pitch

I pitched Helio to a panel of industry experts at the Draper Startup House for Entrepreneurs, covering its value proposition, scalability, and technical roadmap.

Training

The program included an intensive startup workshop at The Globe Tower on customer discovery, rapid prototyping, and other entrepreneurial frameworks.
